We experienced a case of heterotopic pregnancy after in-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer. Despite of routine transvaginal ultrasonographic examination, ectopic gestation sac was not found. When the patient was delivered by Caesarean
section
at
term, we found chronic tubal ectopic pregnancy. This is rare from of heterotopic pregnancy after in-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer. And now present in with brief review of the literatures.
